Dalry Pool

As mentioned some time ago, I'm running the Scottish Half Marathon this coming Sunday (22nd) ...

... undertook my last, short training-run of 5-miles this morning; followed by a final swim at my local pool this afternoon!

Now as ready as I'll ever be, for the event on Sunday --- first half marathon I'll have run in 5-years ;-)
