Grinder

Left it late again so as I had been grinding some espresso beans, I have photographed one half of the grinder mechanism.  The upper part which is removable to allow cleaning. 

We were out on the road bikes this afternoon - far too nice to be rushing so we just went to a nearby village for an ice-cream. The lose weight, get fitter programme appears to be having some good effect, my heart rate stayed down in the can't be bothered region and Gill had no problem keeping up and talking as we went along. My Fitbit, however, thinks I can walk 17km in an hour  :-)
