Dirty Business

Important stuff. I’ve had the package for a while, and after a recent discussion with a few blippers about techniques for harvesting, I finally girded my loins and got stuck in.

Then it was work all day with a fair amount of background reading.

Sophie came round for dinner so I made a freestyle vegetarian pasta sauce which seemed to be well received.

Sorting out a few whisky samples this evening, might need to do some quality control sipping, just to be on the safe side.
