Gay pride Bolton

We went into town early, and after sorting out various bits and pieces had a hot chocolate and coffee at the Costa in the bookshop. I saw a couple of travel guides about Brittany and bought them!

We saw the Gay Parade from afar and caught the end. This was a really lively band! A great beat! They have a wonderful day for their parade! Sunshine and blue skies!

Extra is the Octagon theatre which is still being vamped. Apparently they still need £700:000 to finish!

Home and I made celeriac soup.
Large half of celeriac, 2 shallots (very strong! ), nutmeg, salt and pepper. Served with my rye bread from yesterday! Needs something, maybe some yogurt , cream or grated cheese, not sure.
