In My World

Plumeria rubra

Isn't it pretty? We call this tree a Frangipani and I have just discovered that it also has one of those fancy horticultural names, that being "Plumeria rubra".

During the winter months the branches of the trees are completely bare, then as the weather warms up, the leaves begin to grow.

Throughout the summer, these are the beautiful flowers that we see on the Frangipani tree. It also grows very easily from a cutting off the tree!
