Where the sky meets the sea

Good to be home and back to a WiFi connection, so many blips to catch up on , it may take a while !
A beautiful day.Mike needed his hair cut so while he was in the Barbers I went for a walk around the harbour,The sky and reflections were stunning. The water like a millpond , not even a ripple. I could hear a curlew in the distance, red shanks flew off as I walked closer to them calling as they flew. Two terns screeched to each other and then landed on the two buoys.
We bought some pasties from the shop and headed to the Spud Hut for some veg.It was packed with goodies, great big fluffy cauliflowers and Cabbages green and orangey carrots straight from the ground.
We dropped down to Redcastle and the feel of Autumn was all around us.The Horse Chestnut tree is starting to lose it’s orange and yellow leaves ,the Autumn crocus we’re in full bloom and two robins were singing to each other with one sitting on the notice board and the other high up on a wire.
A very tasty dinner and then we all watched a design show.
