Splash

With my paddle board out of commission, I am back in my kayak for morning water exercise. I realized while I was out today that I have owned this particular boat, a Perception Sabre, for over 30 years - which is more than half my life. Testament to the durability of the plastic whitewater kayaks Perception built for 20+ years before moving to touring type boats in the late 90s. The logo, shown above splashing through the chop of Zihuatanejo Bay, remains the same even though the boats have dramatically changed since I purchase this one so long ago.
