Camionette

As usual, first in (hence the pole position parking spot). As is unusual, last to leave. Trying to get something done so that it could be worked on by our “offshore colleagues” in India. This way of working is so inefficient. Offshore teams are cheap, but they require lots of onshore work to make things work. And the time lags means that every stage of a piece of work ends up taking a day. From asking a question to getting an answer is one day. Another day to ask the follow-up question. And so on.

Really hard work to get 10 players for today’s 5 a side. Not sure why. The holidays are over... Didn’t get the 10th player (a PHD student rocket-scientist) until an hour before kick off...
