Safely in Santander

We made it safely to Santander, though the night was spent pitching rather more than I'd like. And a huge crash at one point, did we hit a whale?? Tom and I both took pills and no-one was sick, so that was good. And we woke to much calmer seas and bright sunshine.

Now installed in a cozy little house in a small village called Silió, in the Cantabrian hills. Had to go two villages away to find something to eat.

Meanwhile, in Portugal, Padre Luís was installed by the Archbishop in his new parish tonight; a coachload went from Mourão, sad to have missed it.

Gratefuls:
- seeing two whales blowing, as they passed on the port side
- chocolate and churros on the front in Santander
- beds on solid ground tonight

Please forgive lack of interaction, working from a hotspot...
