Sailing at Sunset

Woman overboard; man soon followed, to swim to shore, while older man brought the laser, and older woman photographed the proceedings.

Not many things better than sailing at sunset on a warm Lake, thumbnail moon overhead, illuminated castle high on its hill to one side, another castle nearby, fish leaping and bats swooping for insects - unless it's G&T's afterwards, watching the colours in the sky intensify, and toasting the Creator for it all.

After a very slow day, though some digging and stone carting was done to lay more pavement, rat-pooed bedding washed, admin tasks done... already short of sleep, we had two rat-searching sessions during the night when Julia was sure she'd heard one near her hammock. Turned out to be a moth caught in a paper bag.

Gratefuls:
- seeing the beauty of this place through fresh eyes
- leftovers lunch, tasty and easy
- Mike enjoying his laser, can't remember the last time he got it out
