Two men in a boat on the river

I'm not sure what these guys were doing under the River Clyde railway bridge but they were certainly clad in plenty of protective, safety gear. 

I watched them for ages and they certainly weren't diving .... taking water samples perhaps but whatever their job they weren't travelling far.
