Tiny

The autumn crocuses are starting to appear in greater numbers - in time with the arrival of truly autumnal weather.  Crocus serotinus salzmannii has attracted the attention of a tiny fly so it's a rare entry in the Tiny Tuesday challenge!

A busy day.  So much to catch up on at home.  Apart from hanging out washing and gathering apples this picture is almost the sum total of my garden time.  Phone calls and admin this morning then a talk this afternoon, the fourth of five I had scheduled over ten days.  Very unusual to have such a big cluster as I give less than twenty talks in a year!  Now preparing for yet another trip south.
