Mind v Matter

It was 4⁰c when I got up this morning. Mind you, that was at 4.30am. My body clock is still in the Caucasus.

It was 6⁰c when I was ready to go to work, but sunny and beautiful. 

Decision time. The car or the bike?

It is downhill for 1km from my house towards the town centre, so it is a fast cycle and it gets cold even if the air is a bit warmer. 

Well, I took the bike. I am glad I did, and enjoyed the uphill trip home too. 

In between - just work.
