Nothing Gold Can Stay

Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf,
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day,
Nothing gold can stay.

An outstanding journaling class this morning punctuated by Dr Bob’s usual amusing perspective and Jenny’s awesome preparation. I left with a longer reading list and lots of prompts for writing.

Thanks to Hobbs for the OCB challenge- this is fun!

Thanks for your visits and feedback. All are appreciated.
