Eggplant and Mince Meat

You can't see the aubergines, or eggplants, but they're in there somewhere.  I cooked this evening and we both loved it.  One of those times when I'm in the mood for something and want to make it myself.

Still busy with the MOOC, which is a very interesting one.  Reminds me of my Philosophy courses thousands of moons ago.
