I arrived at Idwal Cottage yha early afternoon after calling at Betws y Coed to have a look round, although I won't be doing that again because there's not much to see lol. 

The weather wasn't great in the mountains and I only had half the afternoon left, what to do? I decided to walk around Llyn Idwal (2nd extra, hello Dad), and almost went up to the Devil's Kitchen before continuing on the circuit. I was quite surprised to be able to watch climbers on the Idwal Slabs (1st extra)  - I bet it was quite wet!
