Red Sky in the Morning (etc)

One of these shots that was so much better just before you rushed to find your camera.  The first hint of something spectacular was the light on the cherry tree in the front garden, but as ever the moment was soon lost heralding what was due for the rest of the day.  I didn’t have time to get that shot at all.

Due to technical difficulties this is the last entry for Hobbs’s ‘October Colour Blitz’, at least under the tag ‘OCB19’.  He has had to call an early halt to the challenge as he is unable to see all the entries.  This does seem to be a problem in Blipfoto at the moment.

Like many, including David himself, I shall be continuing the challenge through October without the ‘OCB19’ tag giving David a chance to see just the weeks entries and make some awards.

Personally I shall continue to tag ‘OctoberColourBlitz’, but add ‘OCB19’ with the date, eg today will be ‘OCB19_7’.  At least this will keep a tag on things for the future.

Very many thanks to Mr Hobbs for this month’s inspiration.

ps – this is much better seen in large!

pps - the link OCB19-7 brings up entries not tagged OCB19-7, so I have changed the hyphen to an underscore (OCB19_7) which works.
