Berries

I was interviewing this morning. Part of an assessment centre for new Divisional General managers. We had 9 candidates, but it was a useful day. Surprisingly, one of the candidates was from my previous organisation. 

My part of this finished at 2pm, so I got some time back to catch up and get things done. Always handy. I was supposed to be part of day 2 of the assessments yesterday, but unfortunately I've had to pull out due to a meeting that has been put in. 

So all in all, a good day. It feels like I'm moving forward. 

The picture are some berries which have appeared on the bushes by the car park. They always strike me as quite Autumnal.
