Scott Monument

In town today for various events, and whilst walking between venues was really struck by the blueness of the sky (no enhancement, I promise!) enveloping the Scott Monument ...

... also thought it an appropriate blip; following extensive input about Sir Walter Scott, just a couple of days ago on Sunday, during both the Literary Tour and at the Writers' Museum :-)
