Bude...............

Sea Pool on a rising tide.
A phone call from suejay50, who was getting rather worried about me, got me out of bed at 0.9.30 this morning, over 11 hrs of sleep, which I know I needed. Anyway one hour later,washed,dressed, breakfasted, and we were on our way to Bude to attempt some slow mo pics of the incoming tide.

I have decided I need a lot more practise of this discipline! However it was great to have the cobwebs blown away, although my back complained a bit. And it stayed dry for us too.:-)

I am now way behind catching up with you all, so please bear with me :-)  Thinking I may need to contact the doc to check out my back as it a week since it went out, and carrying two lots of kit today hasn't helped it :-(
