Meetings today with children's ministers in North Colchester & then Leigh on Sea. And what wonderful ministers they are. Work they do ranges from school assemblies, school lessons, after school clubs, pastoral support of children and teachers, community work, bereavement support, event planning, leading worship, advocacy, pastoral care, training, evangelism, mentoring, chaplaincy, mediation ........ and so much more! Quite a balancing act. Excellent!
