Wanderings & Witterings

Dome

As our flights weren't until the early evening, my friends and I were able to have a late and leisurely breakfast on Wednesday before another walk around the Old Town of Rhodes. We headed back to the Street of the Knights as we wanted to visit the Archeological Museum. We were not disappointed.

As with every good museum, there was much to admire and too much to take in. One door led to another, and it was almost Tardis-like in its complexity and scale. The upper floor led out into a garden and one fountain (extra photo) was covered by the dome that forms my Blip for the day.
