Which is the motto of the Selkirk Common Riding, but also describes my busy morning to and from Argyll  - a quick dash to Glasgow to support Brendan O"Hara at the launch of his bill on Health and Social Care and the need for a proper UK Government assessment of the impact of Brexit on these vital areas and then a quick dash back  with both journeys subject to torrential downpours and odd quick flashes of sunshine.
