Day 12

Haute Vienne

This morning we went to see T's parents place which has been empty for s number of years. It was in better condition than we expected which was good.

The well was a familiar sight during our many family holidays there. I also enjoyed crossing La  Vienne as we left, which was one of my mother-in-law's favourite spots.

This afternoon our hosts took us to see two lovely villages- Montrol-Senord and Montmart, also in Haute-Vienne.

Tomorrow we will spend most of the day in Confolens itself.
