Silly Saturday: Silly Bird

My Editor cleaned the windows of our lounge inside and out 2-3 days ago, but today we spotted this imprint of a bird which must have crashed into the window since then, poor silly thing! There's no sign of an injured bird or a corpse of one lying around outside, so we assume it happily recovered from its accident.

We're guessing that it was a woodpigeon - there's quite a lot of them around and they don't seem to be the brightest on the avian IQ scale!

Anyway it saved me looking elsewhere for today's Silly Saturday blip - thanks as always to admirer for hosting this fun challenge.
