Sunday Paella

Most unusually for us.... we went out for Sunday lunch.... to a traditional Spanish restaurant....
we booked a table and pre booked a paella.
Restaurants want to have a heads up about paella, because the preparation is done before the guests arrive
We weren’t disappointed!

A warm sunny afternoon, allowed us to sit
outside, on the restaurant’s terrace... in the shade of a very large, old Carob tree
