Guard of honour

The centre of Oxford was closed to traffic this morning, and the whole of the High from Magdalen Bridge to Carfax and down St Aldates lined with police, for the funeral of PC Andrew Harper, killed in August when trying to prevent the theft of a quad bike. A senseless waste of a life.
