We met with Marpaul and Misty at Crummock Water this morning and had a fantastic walk along by the water and then up into the woods.   Lunch was delicious at the Kirkstile |nn and then we went to Cockermouth to see Trevor and Ros.   It was great to catch up with them over tea and a scrummy slice of lemon sponge cake.    They are only just back from their holiday in Croatia and it was really interesting to hear all about it.     Thank you all for your company and hospitality, it's much appreciated.
