2019 Monday — Sunset on 3rd Street

Immediately after dinner, we put the 3 pups in their crates and the 2 of us walked the three blocks to the shoreline. Sundown was beautiful. We didn’t stay long, but long enough to take it all in.

Our 3 pups have gotten old enough that they are not enjoying extended walks. They do still like to walk, but it’s difficult for them. We did walk them a couple blocks late this afternoon, but our male dog, Max, is completely blind, so walking with him has gotten more difficult because he bumps into objects and is unsure of stepping off curbs, and all 3 dogs just get winded, out of breath, and quickly have no energy.

So a quick walk without them was actually very refreshing and I’m sure good exercise for us.
