More than half way up the hill
It was a long drive back from Aberdeen last night so I had a late start on the various emails and other things that have built up over the past few days.
Walking up to my study I heard a clanking sound and looking across the loch I could just see what I thought was a digger more than half way up the very steep (and high) hill that faces our house.
Using the longest I have I managed to get some reasonable close ups of this machine making its laborious way up what I think is a very old and overgrown track , presumably with the intention of doing some work even higher up.
A good reminder of the essential things that go on undisturbed amid the madness of the current political situation, which continues to deteriorate.
