Spot the birdie

Took the opportunity of still having a hire car to  visit New Hopetoun garden centre - it really is so much better than the alternatives. Also popped along to Blackness Castle which is only a little further, in order for D to visit some old work chums.

Called in at the allotment with a heavy bag of bird seed and a new squirrel-proof feeder. They were a bit shy of the latter. Then took the hire car back and retreated home.

The little coal tit is pecking around amongst the gravel underneath one of the many feeders out at the garden centre. Also saw a tree sparrow (or so I am told!).
