Kafir Lilies

I called in at the Health Centre this morning to collect an x-ray request from my GP and to make an appointment for my flu jab. 

Just beside the Health Centre car park there is a McCarthy Stone development of retirement flats and the gardens, which are relatively sheltered are beautifully maintained ..... if you are a resident that's one of the things you pay for!

Then it was off to get pictures taken of my neck .... the only time I have ever been asked to drop my shoulders ..... it's much easier just to stand tall and straight.
