Heavy traffic

..on the motorway and very slow. Called in to see my sister, not seen since mums funeral. Cottage been empty for a few weeks but a couple of hours with heating on and it’s all cosy again.
The well is no longer safe to drink from but named after a local tea seller who raised the funds to construct it. He died in 1857 and it is said it was build to keep the village free from cholera and typhoid and make the tea taste better. There is also a 37 mile circular walk that follows the route he took selling his tea to villages and farms.
