Admiral Bringing Up The Rear

Red admirals were on the grape vine yesterday. I decided to finish my chores before I went to photograph them. The sun went in and it started to rain. :(

This morning they were back. I took a few snaps on our return from our early walk with the long lens and intended to get some better images with the macro lens. It was not to be. I got involved in unexpected admin, the sun disappeared and then there was a violent hailstorm. I've decided to post a butterfly as this might be the last I see this season.
