Colour Blitz No. 19: Life Saver

Early start. To the club for a CPR 1½ hour course. Saw it on Facebook yesterday and luckily could just turn up. Mr B came with.

We have recently all jointly contributed to installing a defibrillator in our block flat of flats. Although I understand it is easy to use, it is still daunting to be confronted with a piece of equipment you’ve never used before.

So my image is not as ‘Silly’ as may have seemed.

Update 1: 1½ hours later: Now we can both do CPR and use a defibrillator. Hopefully won’t need to use. Look out for course near you - such a vital skill.

Just catching up with the Daily Mail in the club and then off for a walk (and coffee). Thanks to Admirer for hosting silly Saturday (and hobbs for October’s Colour Blitz).

Update 2: Walked 5km to Westbourne, in the sun, along leafy avenues. Now enjoying a coffee in Coffee Lounge. Then we’ll bus to The Cliff, Canford Cliffs for a drink, maybe a nibble and possibly walk back along the beachfront. (We did walk back. It’s 20:45 and so far total 16016 steps 11.82km. That could be my daily record).
