Lily , white , autumn,

A day of autumn activity - the final cut of the lawn, Cathleen harvesting various end of season crops from the poly tunnel, and on the pond the last of the lilies in final flower, almost glowing in its whiteness but surrounded by darker autumn colours and shapes.  

(Meanwhile, further to my blip on Wednesday I have now discovered that the digger is preparing the dam for a new hydro scheme being built by ymy neighbouring farmer across the loch.   I got another photograph of it this morning, and include it as the first of my extra photos.  The second is the wider shot - you can just see where the digger is , to the right of the tree in the centre, which also demonstrates the reach of the Nikon P900 lens.)
