For one reason or another I have barely made a loaf of bread since June, and my sourdough starter is languishing in the fridge. This isn't sourdough, it's just a simple Italian yeast loaf masquerading as such. It's good enough, if not brilliant, baked in the not very efficient combi oven. I need more practice before I risk sourdough again!
