Really quick, really easy!

Another beautiful tasting meal cooked up by me and my amazing PA, Alison today. I'm really enjoying our cooking because it's really giving me some key life skills that will definitely come in handy.
Today it was a healthy sweet and sour stir fry. Tomorrow I'm going to cook a mushroom dish with sweet potato. Very excited for that!
I had an appointment at the job center this morning.
So really quite a busy day!
