PB's and Pete!

Today was a great day because today I would get the train down to Loughborough. There was a session in which I got to race 60m with proper starting equipment that will be used when I travel to Dubai in a couple of weeks. However, in Dubai they are only holding a 100m racerunning race. I ended up beating my previous record at the 60m! Anyway, my new PA Jamie came along with me. He is now familiar with all my warm ups and exercises.
Coach Phil brought me and Jamie home.
In the evening, I went round to my dad's. I saw my dad's friend Pete. It's always such a laugh whenever Pete enters the building. A bundle of smiles!
