Hard to find

any information about the water pump in the centre of Boroughbridge. It looks rather grand and there are lots of photos on line but very little information. The pup is so tired tonight, she has had a very busy few days, a long drive home, lunch out and then nice walk with the Jack Russel, she may well want a day off tomorrow.
