The Rising Sun

A quick snap just before I walk through the front door of the Civic Centre. The sun has just peeped over the horizon. A very early blip.

One of the shocks this week, after 2 weeks on leave, is how dark it suddenly seems in the morning. Getting up first thing and looking outside, it was all very starry. And I am seeing the sun rise as I arrive at work.

We seem to be hurtling through autumn towards winter, far too quickly.
