A changing view

Started my Friday, the usual way..........reading journals in the outdoor light, STEP, then zen-pilates.

As I was working, in my gym office, I noticed that, someone had blocked out, one of the window pains. 

Not sure why............ but decided, it was a blip-able occasion.

When I arrived home, did have to get out of, "it's my week off", to order, a new set of drawings.  The benefit of having given myself the week off, is that, I was organized.

PS.  I am very excited about my upcoming stuff on osteocalcin.  I think it might just be, my new favourite hormone.   Ha ha.  Crossing my fingers, that Tracy gets it and sends the drawings,  on time.
