I Managed To Get Myself One To Enjoy

Back to the chiropractor this morning and my shoulder hadn’t reacted to the treatment the way she expected so she changed my strapping and gave me a deep tissue massage that nearly made me cry...and to my disappointment (and China’s probable delight) no riding for another week!

I went to the yard anyway to work China in hand with exercises recommended by his physio from her visit to him on Wednesday.

Sushi had made a second batch of red velvet cupcakes for his school bake sale but I managed to get one for myself to enjoy this evening...they were delicious.

A night out at a local Chinese restaurant for a friend’s 50th birthday, there were 20 of us and so it was a lot later and a lot louder than expected and a great fun night.
