Disco tuk tuk

I've been unwell for the last few days, you really don't need the details, consequently I have been housebound.  Last night I felt a lot better and ventured out.  We met up with a friend and had a very pleasant evening, although it was hard watching two guys tucking into hearty food whilst I managed two eggs, mainly just the yolks, and a few chips. Still it was good to be out.  On Sundays Chiang Mai has a Sunday Night market which means that many roads are closed to traffic, so we had to walk from the restaurant to a cross road where we hailed a tuk tuk, getting a grab would be far to complicated.  The tuk tuk was a brand new electric one, it was a lot larger than the traditional ones and could easily fit 6 people.  As we set off the driver turned on blue lights giving a disco effect.  This poor chicken was hanging about in the back, hitching a ride with us.
