Corrosion

So we haven't gone to Dorset today as was originally planned!  Harvest mice do not like rain and high winds and would not have been able to appear for us tomorrow as booked.  This photography day will now have to be postponed for next year.  The motorhome was almost ready, as were we, but today has been largely at home.

I am part disappointed and part relieved as we have still a lot to do ahead of the trip to Australia - we fly Monday evening!  So having extra time today means we have booked a Motorhome for travelling around Tasmania and flights to/from Melbourne and Hobart.  This took a surprising amount of time weighing up the options and insurance for m/h.  Just need to finalise visit to Blue Mountains and flight to/from Sydney and Melbourne.  All will be well!

I diverted via a corroding shed on the way back from visiting friends in the village later this afternoon.  I must visit in better light and with a tripod so as to get the detail with more accurate focus - I love the colours (all as they are so some paint must have been involved at some point) and some of the rusting/corroding shapes.

As we are not in Dorset I shall be able to attend Camera Club this evening - two consecutive weeks!
