Strands of White

When did I all of sudden get this much gray hair? I think I gained more gray since the beginning of my recent cold. I use to color my hair for years. Then one day I decided that I'd had enough of the roots that needed touched up. I am very happy that my gray hairs are actually solid white from root to tip. I can live with that.
