Crocus asumaniae

A lovely, if chilly Autumn day. I spent a couple of hours pruning and tidying in the old garden. It needs to be kept tidy. I have an offer of a holding bed in friend’s garden in Shropshire for plants and bulbs until I have somewhere in Wales ..... wonder how much I can fit in?!

Crocus asumaniae, a relative of the saffron crocus, is a newcomer to blip I think. A little sunshine goes a long way to bringing the best out of crocuses :-)
