Flower Friday . . . Lavender

The brown container was left in the garden and of course I filled it with soil and a plant.  This is a different shade of lavender from the usual colours.  The bees like it.  I didn't want to do another close up of a flower on Friday so you get a more open view of the front garden.  Lots of weeds live here.  Must go and water that lavender.  We are predicted to get high temperatures this weekend.  Hot air coming from Australia no less.
