And next .....

..... is some Christmas chutney :-). It's Clementine and Cranberry Chutney, recipe courtesy of Prima magazine. When I read the recipe it had lots of things I like, so I thought I would give it a try. Once cooked and in jars, the recommendation is to leave it for at least a month to allow the flavours to mature, then it should keep for about 6 months. If it tastes good, it will become Christmas presents :-)
