Calm after the storm

Things were a little quieter on the beach this afternoon.
I decided I like this shot in mono, so will tag it for Mono Monday. 
The theme is still life ; - well it's more still than it was!

Perhaps I should have approached the viewpoint from behind, as I notice my footprints are in the sand.
